The Royal Sailors’ Home Club, Portsmouth

This site is a club that initially offered accommodation and leisure facilities to any serving or ex-serving Royal Navy or Royal Marine personnel. The Park Hotel, Montrose & The Craigmonie Hotel, Inverness

Both of these hotels have recently upgraded their system to Phoenix Hotel Manager from Micros Fidelio’s Opera product. The Park hotel is a 57 room establishment that services the corporate and leisure industry. They are a busy operation running at an average of 85% occupancy. The Craigmonie Hotel is a 4 star 39 room establishment with a very busy conference and leisure business.

Both hotels have installed the Phoenix Hotel Manager and Phoenix Event Management products and have commented that since changing systems they have found the Phoenix products are much easier to use, fast and easy to read.
